Giles-Brunswick Championship Game Rebroadcast

We've gotten a lot of questions about when we'll be replaying the thrilling December 14 Giles-Brunswick overtime game in which Giles won the State 2A Championship. The rebroadcast of the game will be at 10 AM on Saturday December 28.

Happy Birthday to us!

Saturday August 24 is the 60th anniversary of the original WNRV broadcast license! They broke ground on the facility in 1952 & the 1st license was approved the FCC on August 24, 1953. We still broadcast out of the same building on Route 100 along the New River in Narrows, VA.

We thank everyone who helped & supported WNRV over the past 60 years. This station began with a focus on the local community & that is how we still operate it now, as a community resource.

We look forward to another 60 years of serving the New River Valley & beyond!
