How bout them Hokies! Finally, a positive experience in Atlanta this football season. That was a dominating performance, & a great way to start the new year. It had been a while since a victory over an SEC team & scoring 20 unanswered points in the second half was an impressive display in-route to a 37-14 victory. Ryan Williams had another punishing perfomance & Cody Grimm had his usual steady game. This win should be a good stepping stone for next year's team.

I took a copy of Hokie Top to our tailgate & it was quite a popular song. On the way back home on New Years Day we stopped in Knoxville & got a newspaper. The headline of their sports section was "Season ends with a thud". The Vol fans outnumbered the Hokie fans in the Ga Dome, but that turned out not to be a factor.
