Muddy ACCE Race in Glen Lyn

The 1st annual Muddy ACCE Race will be held in Glen Lyn on Saturday October 1. This race is a 5K 20 obstacle mud course along the New River. The 1st set of contestants will begin at 8 AM, with starts staggered throughout the morning.

The Muddy ACCE Race is for ages 13 and up. There is a Kid’s Mud Run for the kids 12 and under. Student and military rates available when registering.

Proceeds will benefit the Access to Community College Initiative (ACCE), a public/private partnership which provides opportunities for local students to attend New River Community College at no cost.

WNRV will broadcast the Speaking of Sports Show live on-site at the race 9-10 AM.
