Live Sports Schedule: Week of 1/30/11

We'll be covering 5 local varsity high school basketball games this week on WNRV. There will be 3 live games & 2 taped games:

  • Giles-Floyd boys live on Tuesday February 1
  • Narrows-Galax boys on Tuesday February 1 (recorded for broadcast on Saturday February 5)
  • Narrows-Galax girls live on Wednesday February 2
  • Giles-East Montgomery girls live on Friday February 4
  • Narrows-Bland girls on Friday February 4 (recorded for broadcast on Saturday February 5)

Be sure to tune in for all the action on AM 990 or our live stream. The tipoff for each live game should be around 7:15 PM.

The recorded games will be broadcast on Saturday from 10 AM- 2 PM (following our Speaking of Sports show, which starts at 9 AM).

We'll be recording the Narrows-Bland boys game on February 4 rather than the Narrows-Galax boys game.
