WNRV Live Community Events for May & June 2011

WNRV will be out in the community at an assortment of events in May & June. We'll be doing live remote versions of our Speaking of Sports show as well as providing live coverage of the local music festivals.

The Speaking of Sports show from the Wolf Creek Ruritan 50th Anniversary Celebration will air at 1 PM today rather than the usual 9 AM slot.

Live coverage of Giles Region C Baseball Game 5/31/11

WNRV will be covering the Giles Region C baseball game live on Tuesday May 31. The opponent will be announced on Sunday. The start time will be around 4:30 or 5 PM.

Giles will play PH Glade Spring @ 4:30

Giles Fiddler's Convention recordings

We'll play our live recordings of the competitions from the Giles Fiddler's Convention on the May 28 New River Valley Jamboree Show from 3-4 PM. We were out there all day on May 21 & recorded most of the individual & band competitions.
