Old Virginia Smokehouse

The Old Virginia Smokehouse is proud to be a sponsor of the WNRV Mountain Music Show and the Old-time Song of the Day. The Old Virginia Smokehouse recognizes the importance of preserving the history and traditions of old-time music, and works with WNRV to help keep these traditions available for the local region and beyond.

The Old Virginia Smokehouse now has their restaurant open! It is located on North Main St. in Pearisburg, VA next to Dodson Realty. Their winter hours are:

11 AM - 8 PM Wednesday-Thursday
11 AM - 10 PM Friday-Saturday

WNRV is now broadcasting our New River Valley Jamboree show live from the Old Virginia Smokehouse each Saturday from 3-4 PM. Come on out and join us!

A weekly old-time jam will now be held each Thursday from 6-8 PM at the Old Virginia Smokehouse. Come on out and listen to some mighty fine live music while enjoying a delicious meal.

The Old Virginia Smokehouse is a Giles County-based BBQ business that specializes in pulled pork, beef brisket, chicken, and ribs. These delicious meats are slow cooked with oak and hickory and are available with a variety of homemade sauces and Southern sides. The traditions used are akin to North Florida-South Georgia, Texas, and good ole Virginia. The restaurant features an expanded menu that includes wings, cheese fries, and the famous Smokehouse burger.
